Best Natural Diaper Rash Salve

I have grown to love Young Living essential oils and how many different ways that they have helped my family. I have enjoyed learning how to use them and how effective they are against common illnesses that all families suffer from every now and then. So, when our baby ended up with diaper rash and nothing would clear it up, I thought I would give the oils a try. I read that lavender oil is a safe oil for babies, that is healing and anti-fungal. The rash seemed to look like it might be the starting of a yeast infection, so I was willing to try it. I used melted coconut oil as my base, then added the lavender to that. At bedtime, I applied this salve to her bottom and the next morning, it was so much better! I couldn’t believe it! I had tried, Butt Paste, Desitin and basically anything I could find at Wal-Mart and she would cry when I applied them because they burned. Nothing worked, until I used this simple, natural and wonderful stuff! There was never any crying when applied and she seemed to feel relief, once I would put it on. Please, if you have babies, you have got to try this!! It is so EASY!
