Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 small banana (smashed)
  • small hand full of spinach
  • 2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 3/4 cup Coconut or Almond milk

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Place fruit and spinach in your shake cup. Make sure to smash down the spinach a bit. Then, add in half the milk. Now, protein powder and the rest of the milk. Blend and enjoy.
