What goes together with a crazy morning routine? You know what crazy morning I’m talking about: Overslept, the kids are not cooperating, everyone is in a mood and hungry. Nothing you have to eat (that is quick) sounds good to anyone? Does this sound familiar? Well, if this is your house in the morning, you NEED this super, simple recipe! The best part is…..it’s HEALTHY and the kids will love it! This is so easy, that your kids can make it, allowing you to have some much needed few minutes to collect your thoughts before heading out the door. I have had this recipe so long that I am not sure where it came from. I think my Mom had me try it and everyone in my house liked it, including my husband. It has protein, fruit and oats, all in one scrumptious cup! You can put whatever fruits you like in it and make it your own. This muffin cup will fill you up and make mornings a little bit more enjoyable…:)

- Get a microwave safe, large mug or deep soup bowl and lightly spray with cooking oil. Place all dry ingredients in mug and stir together. Next, add egg and milk; mix well. Add frozen blueberries/or fruit of choice and chocolate chips. Stir until all is incorporated together. Place in microwave for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
