- In a large mug, combine all dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Next, add oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir and make sure all is mixed well. Take a spoon along the bottom of the mug and make sure all the flour is mixed up. If not, it will be clumpy and have hard spots of flour in your brownie. Place mug in microwave for 1 minute and 15 seconds. The time all depends on how you like your brownie. If you like it gooey, check at 1 minute and see if it is at the desired texture you like.
