Favorite Chocolate Protein Shake

This chocolate protein shake not only tastes amazing, but it is free of Gluten, Dairy, and Soy. It is Vegan protein and easy to digest.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Blueberries (I use Wal-Mart Great Value Wild Blueberries. They are smaller and better for a shake)
  • 1/2 cup Frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk Any milk works fine
  • 2 scoops Arbonne Chocolate Protein Shake

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Place frozen fruit in your shake cup, add milk. Next add in your protein powder. Blend until all is mixed up well. Pour in a cup, add a straw and you are ready to enjoy your shake!

Notes

**You can use whatever fruit you like.  This one is just my favorite blend.  I will be posting other protein shake recipes, so stay tuned...:) **
 
The best Blender I have found is a Ninja Pro and it comes with 2 individual shake cups.  I would highly recommend it!!  I have had mine for about 3 years.
