- Place frozen fruit in your shake cup, add milk. Next add in your protein powder. Blend until all is mixed up well. Pour in a cup, add a straw and you are ready to enjoy your shake!
Notes
**You can use whatever fruit you like. This one is just my favorite blend. I will be posting other protein shake recipes, so stay tuned...:) **
The best Blender I have found is a Ninja Pro and it comes with 2 individual shake cups. I would highly recommend it!! I have had mine for about 3 years.
