Spelt Flour Bisquick Biscuits

These biscuits are made with my Homemade Healthy Bisquick. They are golden brown on the outside and have that soft & tender inside. Add some butter and breakfast never tasted so good!

- 2 Cups Healthy Homemade Bisquick Mix (link to recipe in notes)
- 1/2 Cup Coconut milk or any milk
- 1 Egg
- Extra Spelt flour for dusting and kneading dough
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. I always start out by measuring the milk and mixing the egg in my milk. Now, in a large mixing bowl, put homemade bisquick, milk & egg in bowl and mix well. When mixed up, transfer the biscuit dough to a floured surface. Knead the dough, while dusting with flour. When it is no longer sticky, take a biscuit cutter (the top of a glass works fine) and cut out biscuits. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Put them in a 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes
